My Endometriosis Diary started as a private blog that I used to help myself through my diagnosis of Endometriosis.
After my diagnosis of stage IV Endometriosis and Adenomyosis, I decided to share my story. I was shocked by the number of people who reached out to me to say that they were going through the same things, or that everything I was saying sounds familiar and they think they have either Endometriosis or Adenomyosis, or finally that they know someone going through this and they wanted to be able to understand more.
Because of this I decided to make my blog public, in the hopes that by being candid, open and honest about my journey I will be able to help anyone else who might be dealing with similar issues and struggling to find information. I also hope to raise awareness of the realities of living with these illnesses, and of the illnesses themselves as there is not much information available, particularly on Adenomyosis.

My Endometriosis Diary is a platform to share my personal experiences, and anything that has helped me manage these illnesses and their symptoms. I am not a doctor or medical professional, and the treatments that I talk about may respond differently to individuals. I am unable to provide medical guidance, treatment or recommendations and can only share my personal experience in regards to treatments and their effectiveness.
